Frequently Asked Questions

IS CO-LIVING A GOOD FIT FOR ME?

If you want your own private room while sharing the kitchen and common spaces with respectful, easy-going roommates, then co-living will likely suit you well. Our homes in Port St. Lucie are designed for people who value privacy, affordability, and a relaxed, friendly environment.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?

Our minimum stay typically starts at 12 weeks. Many residents stay longer because it’s affordable, comfortable, and located close to major stores, parks, and the beaches of South Florida.

WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR IN A CO-LIVING HOME?

Consider the neighborhood, the size of your private room, parking options, and the layout of shared spaces. Our Port St. Lucie homes offer clean kitchens, living rooms, laundry access, and quiet residential areas.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MOVE-IN DAY?

You’ll receive simple access instructions, house guidelines, and support if you have questions. Your room will be clean and furnished – just unpack and settle in. We focus on making move-in stress-free.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR CO-LIVING?

If you value a respectful, easygoing home environment and can share common spaces responsibly, co-living will be a great match. Many of our residents are working professionals, remote workers, or people relocating to Florida.

IS CO-LIVING BETTER THAN RENTING A PRIVATE APARTMENT?

Co-living usually costs less because utilities, furniture, and maintenance are shared. You avoid high move-in costs, long leases, and the responsibility of repairs while still enjoying your own private room.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RENT?

Your weekly rate includes: fully furnished room, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, lawn service, and regular property maintenance. You don’t need to set up any utilities – everything is ready when you move in.

DO I NEED RENTER’S INSURANCE?

Insurance is optional. You’re welcome to get coverage for personal belongings, but it is not required to reserve or move into your room.

WHAT’S THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

Submit a short online form, talk with our team, and confirm your stay details. It’s fast, straightforward, and can be completed entirely remotely – ideal if you’re relocating to Port St. Lucie.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Guests are expected to bring their own bedding and personal dishes (such as plates, cups, and utensils). Furniture and large appliances are not allowed, and nothing should be stored in shared areas or the garage – all personal belongings must stay inside your room.
Guests, pets, and overnight visitors are not permitted.
